Since attending The College of Charleston in 1996, Kristyn Ackerman has felt a deep bond with the Lowcountry. Despite a career start in health promotion, her path shifted to real estate after frequent relocations with her husband, Doug, a retired Air Force Chief, and their children. Each move across states from Hawaii to South Carolina sharpened her skills in handling the complexities of real estate transitions for families. In 2015, Kristyn brought her personal insights to her real estate career, focusing on helping first-time buyers and military families navigate their home journeys. Now settled in Mt. Pleasant with her close-knit family, Kristyn leverages her strong family values to foster genuine relationships and prioritize her clients' needs, powering her referral-driven business.
