Charleston

Known as the “Holy City”, Charleston is one of the most beautiful and historic places in the south. With more than 300 years of history, the downtown historic district has barely changed with 73 pre-Revolutionary buildings, over a hundred late 18th century structures and over 600 others built back in the 1840s, most that can visited by foot or on a carriage. Three rivers—the Cooper, the Wando and Ashley—come together to form the Atlantic Ocean right at the base of the peninsula. Charleston is recognized throughout the world for its charm that’s a result of the preserved history. Along with its natural beauty, it’s a friendly and hospitable city and is full of award-winning restaurants, historic attractions, events and so much more.

Downtown Charleston is 5 square miles total and the demand for housing is priced among the highest in the Lowcountry because of limited availability and astonishing architecture and design.
